How it works
Use the Upload file function which will allow you to upload your files either from a PC or from an FTP account provided directly by us.
The recommended format for Inonda is mp3 44100Hz CBR (Constant Bit Rate). If you upload VBR (Variable Bit Rate) mp3 files they will be automatically converted to mp3 44100Hz at 320Kbps. If your audio library is in WAV format we advise you to convert it to mp3 at 320Kbps for maximum audio quality.

Absolutely yes, to broadcast live with Inonda you need to purchase and install the CasterLive DJ plugin.
CasterLive DJ is a plugin that install on the PC and allows you to perform remote external directs, even among multiple remote callers without the need to configure ports on your router.
Activation of CasterLiveDJ can be performed independently by the user. To proceed you need to log in to the Inonda panel, access the CasterLive DJ section and follow the directions given for purchasing the service. Then you can download the software by choosing the system where it will be installed (Windows or Mac).
The login credentials of each user are the same as those used to access the Inonda panel. These credentials are received by email when the Owner adds a user.
The Owner can activate or deactivate access to CasterLive DJ for users from the users page.
Once the CasterLive DJ plugin is installed, you only need an incoming audio device (e.g. microphone, mixer, etc.) to intervene live and transmit the signal on the stream of your station.
Cases in which disconnections can be encountered that prevent the regular use of CasterLive DJ are:
- unstable or slow Internet connection;
- presence of third-party software saturating the network bandwidth;
- ongoing system update.
In order to monitor the stability of the Internet connection, we recommend installing the PingPlotter software.
For each account it is possible to connect one or more collaborators with different roles (Owner, Station Manager and Deejay).
