How it works
Use the Upload file function which will allow you to upload your files either from a PC or from an FTP account provided directly by us.
The recommended format for Inonda is <strong>mp3 44100Hz CBR (Constant Bit Rate)</strong>. If you upload VBR (Variable Bit Rate) mp3 files they will be automatically converted to mp3 44100Hz at 320Kbps. If your audio library is in WAV format we advise you to convert it to <strong>mp3 at 320Kbps</strong> for maximum audio quality.
Inonda is compatible with Google Chrome, Mozilla, Internet Explorer 10, 11 and Edge.
Yes, with our calculator, based on parameters such as transmission quality, simultaneous listeners, hours and days of listening, you can get an estimate of the bandwidth consumption (TB).
Of course! If you’re already member of a news agency that provides you news, forecasts, traffic alerts, and other daily or periodically news, you simply have to download them as usual and upload in your FTP account and then on Inonda.
See the user guide for more info.
Inonda is a radio automation with a build-in DSP that improves audio quality and normalize the volume of all your songs.
Of course! With our complete reports, you will know this and many other information.
Yes, you can generate reports for the SIAE in CSV format and thus have information on how many times in a given period a song or multiple songs were broadcast.
Yes, you can use Inonda with whatever SHOUTcast or Icecast compatible streaming server, however our plans already include a streaming service thanks to our StreamSolution platform. If you use our streaming, you can access a detailed Statistics panel and use our XwebPlayer, in a light version, compatible with iOS and Android.
Our player can be easily used on iPhone like a web-app, but if you prefer a dedicated app for your web radio feel free to contact us via email : email@example.com or by phone: +39 0942793988. We will give you the best solution!
You can give to each audio file an expiration period of time, so the commercials will be broadcasted only at the specified time.
Yes, a stream can be played on Inonda by adding it as a web stream.
Specific features for voice track management will be introduced shortly. It is possible to create a similar effect by inserting an audio file (voice track) between two tracks in the playlist and setting its MIX point so that it overlaps the following track.
The cases in which it is possible to find disconnections that prevent the regular use of Inonda Live DJ or cause the display of a blank page on the management panel of the station, are:
- unstable or slow internet connection;
- presence of third party software that saturates the network bandwidth;
- system update in progress.
In order to monitor the stability of the internet connection, we recommend installing the PingPlotter software.
Absolutely yes, to broadcast live with Inonda you need to purchase and install the Live DJ plugin.
Live DJ is a plugin that install on the PC and allows you to go live and listen to the audio of the broadcast of your station at the same time.
Once the Live DJ plugin is installed, you only need an incoming audio device (e.g. microphone, mixer, etc.) to intervene live and transmit the signal on the stream of your station.
For each account it is possible to connect one or more collaborators with different roles (Owner, Station Manager and Deejay).
Owner is the main user and can access all Inonda functions with the privilege of managing the Users section where he can add collaborators, specifying their email and role. NB: the Owner in an account is unique and cannot be changed.
Deejays can only manage the broadcast.
The version does not include the LiveDJ plugin for live streams. To make a live broadcast you need to subscribe a plan
Inonda does not provide for any agreement with web platforms for the management of free music.
Inonda has a demo music archive to allow you to make the most of the platform during the 7 days. At the end of the trial, if you decide to subscribe to an Inonda plan, you will be able to create a new archive.
The URL of the streaming stream is available in HTTP and HTTPS by accessing the Inonda panel, clicking Edit> Settings> Streaming.
Yes, among the Inonda functions there is the Download action which allows the owner to download the audio files that are inside the archive.
No, the REC key performs the function of recording the live broadcast, in case you want to insert a podcast of a program in the schedule at a later time.
You can pay with all the credit cards supported by Avangate (our online payment partner), with PayPal, or if you like with bank transfer. As said, bank transfer is not the preferred way if you want to go immediately on air. To pay with bank transfer we suggest you to order by phone first, by calling +39 0942793988 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and after that pay with bank transfer. Or, if you want you can send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org telling us which product you want to buy.

However, if you have a monthly subscription we will send you notifications via email 7 days and 3 days before the expiration date. You can also check your expiration date in your personal area.
