CasterLive DJ is a plugin that install on the PC and allows you to perform remote external directs, even among multiple remote callers without the need to configure ports on your router.
Activation of CasterLiveDJ can be performed independently by the user. To proceed you need to log in to the Inonda panel, access the CasterLive DJ section and follow the directions given for purchasing the service. Then you can download the software by choosing the system where it will be installed (Windows or Mac).
The login credentials of each user are the same as those used to access the Inonda panel. These credentials are received by email when the Owner adds a user.

If you have bought the service directly via our web page you simply have to go to the Avangate web page (our partner for online payments), and log-in with your e-mail address. Here you can manage your subscription, cancel it or download the invoices.
If you haven’t bought our service directly via Avangate, you will receive the invoices directly from Xdevel and you can cancel your subscription only if you don’t have VAT number. In this case, as stated by Italian law, you can cancel your subscription within 14 days from the date of purchase.
