Yes, you can upgrade your plan and pay the difference of the previous one. To do this you have to contact us by phone +39 0942793938 or by email: accounting@xdevel.com. You can upgrade your plan at every time you want. To downgrade instead, you have to wait the expiration of your current plan. You can check the expiration date in your personal area.

If you have bought the service directly via our web page you simply have to go to the Avangate web page (our partner for online payments), and log-in with your e-mail address. Here you can manage your subscription, cancel it or download the invoices.

If you haven’t bought our service directly via Avangate, you will receive the invoices directly from Xdevel and you can cancel your subscription only if you don’t have VAT number. In this case, as stated by Italian law, you can cancel your subscription within 14 days from the date of purchase.

In the case of the yearly subscription, regardless from the payment method you’ve chosen, the purchase will be completed in a single step during check-out. The monthly subscription will be paid every 30 days.

Well, this is a good reason to choose the yearly subscription: you don’t have to worry about expiry-date or service suspension. However, if you have a monthly subscription we will send you notifications via email 7 days and 3 days before the expiration date. You can also check your expiration date in your personal area.

Yes, you can. We will store your personal info for a maximum of 60 days after then they will be removed from our servers. So you can suspend your account, but you have to remember to reactivate it within 60 days. If you need more time you can subscribe for an extra storage plan.
